Jube Partners

Jube is open source under AGPLv3, with no per-client licence fee. For system integrators and technology partners, this creates a straightforward opportunity: deliver a modern, credible AML and fraud detection capability to clients who need transparency, control, and regulatory defensibility — without the commercial friction of proprietary licensing.

Jube works within the part of the value chain where it adds most value: architecture, development, and implementation of the platform. Partners hold the client relationship, deliver the service wrapper, and build their own IP on top of Jube’s extensibility framework. Day-to-day platform use — rules, models, case management, configuration — is entirely at the partner’s and client’s discretion. Jube’s oversight is limited to infrastructure and deployment decisions that carry a material risk of service interruption.

What we offer

For system integrators, technology consultancies, and regional delivery partners serving banks, fintechs, and payment institutions in emerging and growth markets:

  • Training and certification — the entry point to any partner engagement. Your team goes through the same Training and Integration programme as end clients, emerging with the skills and certification to deliver Jube independently.
  • Expert of Record — Jube is available as named technical authority on partner-led engagements, supporting governance, audit, and regulatory documentation requirements.
  • Co-delivery — for complex or heavily regulated implementations, Jube can participate as a specialist technical contributor alongside your team under a separate Work Order.
  • PAYG and Enterprise Support — ongoing post-live support is available to certified end clients directly or through a partner structure, on the same published terms regardless of channel.
  • Async-first working — support and co-delivery are delivered via WhatsApp Business and Microsoft Teams, with screencasts and voice notes preferred over scheduled calls.

Pricing is published and fixed. Training, implementation, and support fees are set out on this site and do not vary by channel.

Getting started

Put your team through the Jube Training and Integration programme. Everything else follows from there.

All engagements are delivered under the Jube Terms of Service (JTOS) — published, versioned, and written to be clear and equitable for both parties.
